Metropolis Entertainment is one of the world's leading suppliers of simulation and effects theatres, capsule simulators, specialised film content, audio visual systems and special effects.
The company in 2005 acquired the assets and key staff of AI Group which itself had previously acquired the assets of Camber Entertainment and Thomson Entertainment. The company's management, creative and engineering teams are the most experienced and accomplished in their respective fields having worked on projects ranging from Disney Star Tour Ride to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum and from the world's biggest Toyota showroom to Cartier's flagship store in New York City.
In the past few years its clients have included GE, Toyota, Coca Cola and the Royal Navy as well as many of the world's leading museums and visitor centres.
Among a multitude of accolades and testimonials it has most recently received the 2004 Museum and Heritage Award of Excellence and been nominated for the 'Business Installation of the Year' in the 2006 Audio Visual Industry Award.
