Sports Café Case Study
Metropolis has completed the entire sound, lighting, audio visual design and installation for eight Sports Café locations throughout the UK including its London Haymarket flagship site.
Each installation is purpose designed and built at Metropolis including the rack mounted fully integrated control system. The complete fit takes in multiple monitors and projector screens with a variety of programmed and broadcast feeds, dance floor and ambient lighting and complete audio system including DJ booths.
The Sports Café continues to enjoy great success as a leading UK sports orientated multi-entertainment venue. Metropolis's head of engineering Shane Winterbourne says that the company has perfected a flexible technical formula designed to adapt and work for all sites in the group. "The entertainment system requirements for each are fundamentally similar, although the individual venues are all unique in layout and space." he said.
